Coming to terms with who you are is the first step in obtaining happiness in life. There have only been a handful of people throughout history who have obtained this level of confidence, and most of them have gone on to be great spiritual leaders. Those who work on themselves and gain confidence early on will have a much easier time navigating the challenges of life.
Even though we can’t quantify it, this emotional energy is a very real and important part of our lives.
